If you have parked longer than booked, the parking rate will be adjusted accordingly. You can inquire about the relevant parking rates on site.

Please note: The entry time you specified when booking will be used by the parking provider to schedule staff and shuttle buses. Please coordinate your actual entry time as closely as possible with the entry time specified when booking to avoid delays in the bus shuttle transfer.

How does shuttle parking work?

Please carry your Parkos reservation confirmation with you, whether digitally on a mobile device or printed out. Drive directly to the barrier of the parking garage and show your reservation confirmation to an employee on site; you will then receive the parking ticket from the employee and you can drive into the parking garage. After you have parked your vehicle, you will be taken to the airport by shuttle bus. Take your car keys with you on the journey.

Return journey

When you return, the shuttle bus will pick you up again at Düsseldorf Airport (bus platform 10 - arrival level, gate C) and take you back to the parking garage. With our partner PARKITA, you can park in a modern parking garage directly at Düsseldorf's PSD BANK DOME, just a few minutes from Düsseldorf Airport. The parking garage offers parking spaces for up to 1200 cars. The shuttle bus takes around 9 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport and takes you directly to the terminal (bus platform 10 - arrivals level, pier C), where you will be picked up again on your return journey. All PARKITA customers are taken from the parking garage to the terminal and back again in individual shuttle buses. Of course, the shuttle bus also runs in the event of late arrivals, so that all PARKITA customers can get back to the parking garage safely.
