Summary of Parking Reservation

• Additional Costs & Liability:
  • A surcharge is applied from the 3rd person onwards.
  • Vehicles larger than 2.00 m (width) or 5.00 m (length) are charged double.
  • Incorrectly parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
  • The parking provider is not liable for valuables left in the vehicle.
• Important Information:
  • The stated transfer times are binding.
  • Payment is made on-site; please plan your arrival accordingly.
  • Reservation changes must be communicated via email to info@ich-parke-selber.de.

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Drive to the parking lot. A phone call is not required.
2. A staff member will assign you a parking space; do not park on your own.
3. Wait at the office container for the shuttle, which departs every half hour from 2:30 AM.

Return Journey:

1. Exit Terminal B/C through door no. 10.
2. Wait for the shuttle, which runs at fixed time intervals. A phone call is not necessary.

Voucher & Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

Primus Parken is an all-round parking provider in Düsseldorf. They offer both shuttle and valet services. If you choose the shuttle service, you can take your keys with you on your trip.
