Primus Parken is an all-round parking provider in Düsseldorf. They offer both shuttle and valet services. If you choose the shuttle service, you can take your keys with you on your trip.
The Primus Parken parking area is fenced and additionally secured with barriers. Primus Parken's video cameras and staff ensure constant monitoring. Your car keys will be safely stored in a safe.
During handover, the valet service will check your car for any existing damage to the exterior. Primus Parken drivers are insured for driving in your car in accordance with their general terms and conditions.

Important information:
Payment on site: Plan your arrival accordingly, including payment and parking.
Binding transfer times: The times given are binding.
Surcharge for more than 2 people: A surcharge is charged for the 3rd person and above.
Incorrectly parked vehicles: These will be towed away at a cost.
Permitted vehicle size: Maximum 2.00 m wide and 5.00 m long.
Surcharge for larger vehicles: Larger vehicles will be charged twice.
Liability: The parking provider is not liable for valuables in the vehicle, please take them with you.

A call is not necessary, the shuttles run every half hour.
Wait at the office container for the shuttle that takes you to the airport.
Employees will assign you a parking space; do not park on your own.
The shuttle bus runs every half hour from 2:30 a.m.

Exit Terminal B/C through door no. 10 and wait for the shuttle..
The shuttles run at fixed time intervals, a call is not necessary.
You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
