Important Information for Your Parking Reservation

• Planning & Arrival Time:
  • It is recommended to arrive at the car park 3 to 3.5 hours before your flight's departure.
• Vehicle & Costs:
  • The maximum vehicle size is 2.00 m (width) x 5.00 m (length).
  • Larger vehicles (e.g., Sprinter vans) will be charged double. Please contact the parking provider in advance for such vehicles.
  • The transfer for up to 3 people is included in the price. An additional fee will be charged from the 4th person onwards.
  • A surcharge for delays must be paid on-site.
  • Incorrectly parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Communication & Liability:
  • To make changes to your reservation, please contact the parking provider by phone and email.
  • The provider is not liable for valuables left in your car. Please take them with you.

Shuttle Parking Procedure

Arrival:

1. Drive directly to the car park. A phone call is NOT necessary as the shuttles run continuously.
2. Stop at the office container. An employee will assign you a parking space and you will receive a parking ticket with an ID number. Please do NOT park on your own.
3. Wait at the office container for the shuttle bus that will take you to the airport. The shuttles run every 30 minutes, starting from 2:30 AM.

Return:

1. After your arrival, please proceed to Terminal B, Door No.9/10.
2. Wait there for the shuttle bus. It runs at fixed intervals (e.g., 8:15 PM, 8:45 PM). A phone call is not necessary.

Voucher & Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
