Instructions
Arrival
On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. You don't have to call the parking provider before you arrive, but wait in front of the entrance until a member of staff picks you up. You will be met there and given an ID card with the information. You will then be driven to the airport.
Return journey
Valet arrival
On the day of your trip, you will travel to Düsseldorf Airport. Call the parking provider 15 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your arrival time. Since barriers make entry at Düsseldorf Airport difficult, please follow the instructions of the parking provider's staff, who will tell you when you are allowed to drive through the barriers. After a period of 8 minutes, Düsseldorf Airport will charge fees, which you will have to pay yourself if you ignore the instructions of the parking provider's staff. The handover of your car takes place at departure terminal A, door 2. A member of staff will be waiting for you here and will recognize you by your license plate. Your reservation confirmation and your car for any existing damage. You can then proceed directly to check-in for your flight.
Return journey
On your return journey, contact the parking provider at the telephone number above immediately after collecting your luggage. If your flight is delayed, call the parking provider. The driver will then take your car back to departure terminal A. Your car will be handed over to you here and you can start your journey home.
