Arrival

On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. You don't have to call the parking provider before you arrive, but wait in front of the entrance until a member of staff picks you up. You will be met there and given an ID card with the information. You will then be driven to the airport.

Return journey

1.Exit Terminal A through door number 2 and wait for our shuttle.

2. Our shuttles depart, for example at 8:15 p.m., 8:45 p.m., 9:15 p.m. etc.

Please note: A call is not necessary as the shuttle bus runs at regular intervals.

Valet arrival

On the day of your trip, you will travel to Düsseldorf Airport. Call the parking provider 15 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your arrival time. Return journey

On your return journey, contact the parking provider at the telephone number above immediately after collecting your luggage. If your flight is delayed, call the parking provider. The driver will then take your car back to departure terminal A. Your car will be handed over to you here and you can start your journey home.
