The Parking-DUS.de car park offers a safe place to park your car. All parking areas are under video surveillance. If you hand in your vehicle keys, they will be safely stored in a safe.
Important information:
4 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person.
Please note that the maximum height of the underground car park is 2 meters.
The provider offers you a vehicle wash: interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. You can also charge your electric car at the parking provider, use the refueling service and book child seats (free of charge, max. 4 pieces).
There is a surcharge for bulky luggage.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation over the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. In the event of a late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on the spot.How does the shuttle service work?
Arrival: Arrivals before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays must be pre-arranged by telephone at least 60 minutes before arrival. No pre-registration is required between 09:00 and 18:00. On weekends and public holidays, Parking-DUS.de must be informed by telephone 60 minutes in advance.
Return journey: After getting off the plane, call the 24-hour Parking-DUS.de hotline. Shuttle pickup at Terminal B/C, doors 10/12, top floor.
How does the valet service work?
Arrival: Drive to Departure Hall B/C at Düsseldorf Airport. Report to Parking-DUS.de 60 minutes before your arrival. A member of staff will pick up your car, check the number plate and model, check for damage and hold your keys until you return.
Return journey: Call Parking-DUS.de after landing. A Hive Park representative will bring your car to Concourse B/C within 16 minutes.
