With shuttle parking, you drive to the drive&park parking area, you call the driver to let him know you arrived and park your vehicle on the parking lot. You take your keys with you. The shuttle bus will take you to Terminal B C Door No. 9-10 of Düsseldorf Airport, where you will be picked up again at the eng of your travel. On your return, customers should contact the parking provider after receiving their luggage. Please note that the transfer is for a maximum of 4 people.

You will drive to the parking lot of drive&park Düsseldorf and after arriving at the park area, please report to the driver by telephone and look for a free parking space. We would suggest you make a couple of photos of your vehicle before heading to the shuttle bus. Afterward you will hop into the shuttle bus, and you will be safely driven to the airport terminal.

Return
While claiming your luggage, approximately 15 minutes before reaching the airport terminal, please contact the 24 hour hotline. The drive&park Düsseldorf shuttle bus will then drive to the airport, to come and pick you up at the departure level Terminal B/C Exit 9/10. After checking your vehicle, you can start your journey back home.

In rush hour, the transfer can take a little longer, therefore we recommend you to check-in at the parking lot at least four hours before departure.
