Arrival

  • Upon arrival, customers select their own available parking space.
  • The shuttle bus stop is located directly on the parking premises.
  • The shuttle runs every 20–40 minutes (24 hours a day). An emergency number is available.

Return Journey

  • The meeting point after landing is located on the Departures level of Terminal B/C, between exits 10 and 12.
  • Depending on traffic and the schedule, a waiting time of up to 30 minutes should be expected.

Airport City car park offers a shuttle and valet service. If you use the shuttle service, drive to the car park and leave your car in the car park.



Important Information

  • Vehicle Dimensions: The service is available for vehicles up to a length of 5 meters. Unfortunately, motorhomes cannot be parked.
  • Number of Passengers: The shuttle transfer is included for up to two people. An additional fee applies starting from the third person.
  • Time Planning: It is recommended to arrive at the car park approximately 2.5 to 3 hours before departure. Please allow about 45 minutes for check-in and transfer.
  • Extensions & Delays: A parking extension costs 20 € per day. If you arrive unannounced after 12:00 AM (midnight), an additional day will also be charged. To avoid this, please inform the provider in advance of any delays.

Der Abholservice stand noch auf dem Parkplatz und wollte auf uns warten, da wir nur noch eben unser Auto abstellen mussten (3 Minuten). Der Fahrer ist dann einfach losgefahren, wir haben ihn noch vom Parkplatz runterfahren sehen. Ich habe direkt bei der Handynummer angerufen. Anstatt kurz umzudrehen und uns mitzunehmen, mussten wir 25 Minuten warten und dann noch andere Leute woanders einsammeln! Bis wir dann endlich mal am Flughafen waren, hat es 50 Minuten gedauert! Sehr unverschämte Aktion!! Über Parkos werden wir nicht mehr buchen!

Das Parkhaus liegt nah am Flughafen, und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Parkplätze sind nicht zu eng, und es ist schön hell im Parkhaus. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. Der Shuttle-Service funktionierte wunderbar, wir mussten nicht länger wie 5 Minuten warten. Der Fahrer auf der Hinfahrt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Fahrer bei der Rückfahrt war weniger hilfsbereit, was auch ok ist, Koffer ein/ausladen gehört nicht zu seinem Job. Beim Aussteigen aber ein "tip" einzufordern, finde ich allerdings weniger nett. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt.

The experience could not be worse! The transfer from the airport didn't happen. - 1st car left empty right in front of us. - next, I call them immediately - the advice was do NOT follow the listed instructions but actually meet the driver downstairs at the Arrivals floor - After finding none at the Arrivals I call again - The next person told me to go up again to the Departure floor - Busy airport, heavy luggage, heatwave in EU - So, 1h later we just gave up and ordered an Uber back to the parking
