Important Information Regarding the Reservation

• General Information & Costs:
  • Bookings can be made for a duration of up to 28 days.
  • The service accommodates vehicles up to a maximum length of 5 meters. Please note that motorhomes cannot be parked.
  • The shuttle transfer is included for up to two passengers. A surcharge applies for each additional person from the third passenger onwards.
  • Should the customer's travel plans change, a parking extension is available for €20 per day.
  • A surcharge of €20 also applies for returns after midnight (00:00).
• Planning for Arrival:
  • For a relaxed journey, it is recommended that customers arrive at the car park 2.5 to 3 hours before their flight's departure.
  • Customers should allow up to 45 minutes for the check-in process and transfer to the airport.

Shuttle Service Procedure

Arrival:

1. Upon arrival at the car park, the customer is free to find and park in an available space of their choice.
2. The bus stop for the shuttle is conveniently located directly on the car park grounds.
3. The shuttle service runs continuously, with departures every 20-40 minutes. A contact number for the shuttle is available for emergencies.

Return Journey:

1. After landing, the customer should proceed to the designated pick-up point.
2. The meeting point is located at the Departures level of Terminal B/C, between exits 10 and 12.
3. Customers are advised that waiting times of up to 30 minutes are possible, depending on the schedule and traffic.

Airport City car park offers a shuttle and valet service. If you use the shuttle service, drive to the car park and leave your car in the car park.
