How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival

On the departure day, you will drive to the parking lot of Parken 53. The exact address and the telephone number will be given to you in the reservation confirmation. Once you have arrived to the parking lot, you can park your car and put your luggage in the shuttle-bus. The shuttle bus will take you to the airport within five minutes, after which you can proceed to the check-in desks right-away.

Return

After landing at the airport of Düsseldorf, you will claim your luggage and walk to Departures, door 10. This is also the meeting point with the shuttle-bus. Once you are at the meeting point, please call Parken 53 to let them know you are at the meeting point. The shuttle-bus will drive to the meeting point, and safely get you back to your car.

When choosing for Parken 53, you choose a safe parking provider, who has it parking lot very close to the airport. The shuttle service is included in the price and takes you to the airport in around five minutes. Your vehicle is safe during your trip on the asphalted and guarded parking lot.

Shuttle parking
On the departure day, you will drive to the parking lot of the parking provider. You will park your vehicle there, and put your luggage in the shuttle-bus that is waiting for you to take you the airport within just a couple of minutes. Upon your return, please call Parken 53 and go to the meeting point, where the shuttle-bus will pick you up.

Please be aware that this parking lot is located in an environmentally protected area, and that an 'Umweltplakette' is required.
