Important Information for Parking Reservation

• Vehicle Types and Dimensions:
  • For minivans and vans (e.g., T-WV minibusses, Ram transporters) with a length of up to 4.90 m, double the parking fee will be charged on site.
  • Entry height: max 2.20 m.
• Changes and Cancellations:
  • Contact the parking provider by email & phone for reservation changes.
  • For delays of more than 1 hour (for departure only), you must make a new reservation.
  • Inform the parking provider at least 24 hours in advance of an early return to avoid additional fees. In case of trip cancellation and early return, a 24-hour advance notification (WhatsApp/email) is also required to avoid waiting times.
• Liability and Security:
  • Do not leave any valuables or money in the car. We are not liable for loss.
  • The parking provider drives your vehicle a maximum of 16 km (32 km round trip) to the parking area where it will be securely and guarded parked during your absence.
  • Your vehicle will be logged. Please record the mileage of the vehicle and report any damage on site!
• Vehicle Condition:
  • Vehicles must be handed over with sufficient fuel or battery charge. Vehicles with an empty tank or critical charge level will not be accepted.
  • If a vehicle is handed over with too little fuel or charge, the parking service will refuel or charge the vehicle subsequently. The resulting costs and a service fee will be borne by the customer.
• Flight Information:
  • Specify landing time: Yes, mandatory (parking provider only works according to landing time).
• Fees for Late Pick-up/Early Return:
  • Late Vehicle Pick-up: If the vehicle is picked up later than agreed, a daily usage fee of €30 will be charged. If informed in time (at least 24 hours in advance), the fee will be reduced to €20 per day.
  • Early Return from Trip: If the customer returns earlier, a service fee of €50 will be charged. If informed in time (at least 24 hours in advance), the service fee will be waived.

Arrival

• Meeting Point: Terminal Ring 1 (Kiss & Fly in Departure Terminal B - C. Between Door 10-11).
• Contact Parking Provider beforehand: 30 minutes.
• Your car will be parked in the following streets during your trip: Kieshecker Weg 142, 40468 Düsseldorf and E-Plus Straße 3, 40474 Düsseldorf and Mollsfeld 10,12,14, 40670 Meerbusch.
• Vehicle Logging: Yes.

Return Journey

• Contact Parking Provider: As soon as you have left the baggage claim and are at customs, if applicable.
• Terminal/Meeting Point: Exit 10-11 in Terminal B-C.
• Notes: Please record the mileage of the vehicle and report any damage on site!
