• Vehicle Dimensions: Max. 2.20 m height and 5 m length. For vans up to 4.90 m length, a double parking price may be charged on site.
• Changes: Contact us by email or phone. In case of a delay of more than 1 hour (departure), a new reservation is necessary.
• Early Return: Report at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email to avoid waiting times and fees.
• Late Pick-up: €30/day, if reported on time €20/day
• Early Return: €50 service fee, waived if reported on time

• Do not leave valuables or cash in the vehicle – no liability
• Vehicle will be driven a maximum of 16 km (one way) or 32 km (round trip) to a monitored parking space
• Mileage will be noted, please report damages directly on site
• Vehicles must be sufficiently fueled or charged. In case of critical charge status, the vehicle will be refueled/recharged at the customer's expense
