Important Information for Your Valet Reservation

• Costs & Fees:
  • Vehicle Size: Surcharge (double price) for vehicles over 4.90 m in length (e.g., minivans). Max. height: 2.20 m.
  • Late Pick-up: €30 per day. (If notified 24h in advance: €20 per day).
  • Early Return: Must be reported 24h in advance (WhatsApp/Email), otherwise a €50 service fee & waiting time apply.
• Communication & Planning:
  • Providing the return flight number is mandatory (the provider works based on landing time).
  • If your arrival (departure) is delayed by more than 1 hour, a new reservation is required.
  • Please hand over the vehicle with sufficient fuel/charge.
  • Please do not leave any valuables in the car (no liability).
  • Your vehicle will be driven max. 16 km (32 km round trip) to a secure parking area.

Your Valet Service Procedure

Arrival (Vehicle Handover):

1. Call the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival at the terminal.
2. Meeting Point: Terminal Ring 1 (Departures Terminal B-C, between doors 10-11).
3. A vehicle check (condition, mileage) will be performed. Please note your mileage beforehand.

Return (Vehicle Handback):

1. Call the provider as soon as you have left baggage claim.
2. Your vehicle will be returned to you at the same meeting point (Exit 10-11, Terminal B-C).
3. Important: Please inspect your vehicle upon return. Subsequent claims will not be accepted.
