Important Information:

• Provide landing time: Yes, mandatory (the parking provider operates strictly based on the landing time).
• Allowed vehicle size: Max. height: 1.85 m; max. width: 2.50 m; max. length: 6.00 m.
• Extra person surcharge: Yes, applies from the 3rd person onwards.
• Delay surcharge: Yes, a fee of €30 applies for delays exceeding 30 minutes.
• Changes to your reservation: Please contact the parking provider directly by phone.
• Notes: Please be aware that the parking provider may drive your vehicle a maximum of 15 km (30 km round trip) to the parking facility, where it will be securely parked and monitored during your absence.

Standard Service (Shuttle)

Arrival:

• Meeting point: At the parking lot.
• Contact: You do not need to call the parking provider before your arrival.

Return Journey:

• Contact: Call the parking provider as soon as you have collected your luggage.
• Meeting point: Upper floor of Terminal B/C, in the area between entrance/exit doors number 10 and 12.

Valet Service

Valet Arrival:

• Meeting point: Terminal Ring 1 (Kiss & Fly at Departure Terminal B - C, between doors 10-11).
• Contact: Call the parking provider 30 minutes before arrival.
• Vehicle check: Yes, the vehicle condition will be recorded.

Valet Return:

• Contact: Call as soon as you have left the baggage claim and passed through customs (if applicable).
• Meeting point: Exit 10-11 at Terminal B-C.
• Notes: Please check your vehicle's mileage and report any damages on-site!

Booking Confirmation / Invoice: Download your confirmation from your Parkos account. Please request your invoice directly from the parking provider on the day of your return.
