drive&park Düsseldorf Indoor P3 offers parking spaces that are fenced, barrier-controlled and secured by a gated entrance. The parking provider operates multiple facilities across Germany and delivers a professional parking experience including shuttle service to the airport.

The shuttle service operates on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Child seats are available in the shuttle.

Shuttle parking procedure
Arrival
Please arrive at the drive&park underground parking garage approximately 3 hours before departure so that the shuttle service can transport up to 4 passengers to the airport on time. A maximum waiting time of up to 30 minutes may occur. Upon arrival in front of the underground garage, please call the shuttle service. Staff will grant you access to the garage.
Return journey
Please contact the shuttle service only after collecting your luggage. The parking provider will pick you up at the airport shortly afterwards. A maximum waiting time of up to 30 minutes may occur. Meeting point: departure level, Terminal B/C, Exit 9/10D.

Wir konnten unter der angegeben Handynumner beim Abflug erst nach dem 3.Anrufversuch jemanden erreichen und bei der Rückreise ist bei 9 Anrufversuchen Niemand an das Telefon gegangen. Wir mussten knapp 1 Stunde bei der Rückkehr auf den Transfer warten, da zu viele Menschen gleichzeitig mitfahren wollten und haben durch Zufall erfahren welcher Transfer uns zurück bringt. Das Auto stand allerdings sicher und trocken in einem Parkhaus.
Der Fahrer kann nichts dafür wenn Gäste unhöflich und beleidigend werden und für mich ist dann klar das man sich verbal verteidigt. Trotz dem ganzen Stress war der Fahrer zu uns super freundlich
Ich habe jetzt zu 2.mal über ParKos gebucht und muss sagen, diesmal war es nicht gut. Die Fahrer sehr unfreundlich, Koffer mussten von uns selbst verladen werden, man ruft an und möchte abgeholt werden, dann kann man suchen zu welchem Fahrzeug man muss, Auskünfte haben wir keine erhalten. Habe selten so unfreundliches Personal erlebt. In der Abholzone ging es zu wie auf einem Rummel, absolute Katastrophe. Der Fahrer hat uns auch am Parkhaus die Koffer selber ausladen lassen und wieder total unfreundlich. Ich werde mir überlegen ob ich nochmal dort parken werde.
