Perfect Park

Perfect Park is available from 03:00 to 00:00. You can park your vehicle securely on the premises of Perfect Park. The car park is securely fenced and equipped with a camera system, so you can leave your vehicle with the parking provider without worrying.

A vehicle check will be carried out during the car handover. Your key will be secured in a safe during your stay.

The shuttle transfer includes 2 passengers. The parking provider charges an extra fee for transporting more than 2 people.

Perfect Park offers you excellent service. The valet service is available for you from 03:00 to 00:00 every day. In addition, the parking provider's staff will be happy to help you load and unload your luggage.

If you are arriving in a minivan or camper van, you can add a parking space for oversized vehicles for an additional charge.

If you need jump-starting assistance in the event of a dead battery, Perfect Park is also happy to help you out here.

Please note that the parking provider does not offer parking for campers/minivans.

Please note, the maximum vehicle height for covered parking is 2.00 m.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival

You come with your car to the car park CALOR CARREE Calor-Emag-Straße 8, 40878 Ratingen . Take a ticket (free) and go to level 2/3. An employee of the parking provider will check you in based on your booking details. This is followed by a short, external vehicle check and the key handover. Your vehicle will be safely parked by Perfect Park's qualified staff and you will be driven by shuttle to Airport Terminal Ring 1 (Departure Terminal B-C).

Return

After your return flight, call AFTER you picked up your baggage on the 24-hour hotline +49 (0)174 455 66 62 for collection. A member of staff will pick you up from the airport Terminal B/C from door no. 10 or 11 and drive you to your car.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival
You call Perfect Park 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport. Then drive to the departure terminal B-C at exit 10-11 of Düsseldorf Airport. Here, a service employee will welcome you and carry out a vehicle check-in, which includes an external vehicle check and the handover of keys. The parking provider will park your vehicle in the secured parking area. Your vehicle key will be locked in a safe.

Return
After you have collected your luggage, contact Perfect Park and make your way to the departure terminal B-C at exit 10-11 of Düsseldorf Airport. We will be waiting for you on site and will carry out the vehicle return, which again includes an external vehicle check and key/vehicle return.
