Your car in the best hands. Welcome to our exclusive airport valet and shuttle service at Düsseldorf Airport! The parking provider offers you a first-class experience with a wide range of services: Shuttle and Valet.
The parking space is secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by ParkGarant staff. When your vehicle is handed over, it is thoroughly checked for possible damage. Photos are taken and the mileage is documented. Together with the driver, you fill out a form to avoid misunderstandings. According to the general terms and conditions of the parking provider, your vehicle is insured.
Important information:
4 persons are included in the booking price. For more than 4 people, an extra charge will be made for each additional person.
The parking provider charges an extra fee for bulky luggage (e.g. golf bag, surfboard, ski equipment) on request.
You should allow approx. 30 minutes for parking incl. vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.
Parking of oversized vehicles (over 2.20 metres and length of 4.50 metres) is not possible, please contact the parking provider in case of doubt. For larger vehicles, you may have to leave your key with the parking provider.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. In case of late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on site.Arrival
Please call 30 minutes before your arrival. You will drive by car to the ParkGarant address given above. There you will be met by the parking provider. It is located at the above address After parking, you will be taken by shuttle bus to your terminal at Düsseldorf Airport.
Return journey
On your return journey, call the parking provider after you have collected your luggage. The driver of the parking provider will pick you up at the exit of the terminal at the airport in departure hall B/C and drive you to the car park. You will be taken directly to your car.
