How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival

You hand over your vehicle in person at the agreed time at the collection point at Poller Holzweg 7 Cologne, where an employee will meet you.

One suitcase and hand luggage is included per person for the shuttle transfer. There is a surcharge for each additional suitcase. The shuttle bus then takes you individually to the airport without any waiting times. The transfer to the airport is free for up to 3 people, there is a surcharge for each additional person. We recommend that you drop off your fellow travelers at the airport beforehand.

The employees at Parken Flughafen Köln Bonn are available 24/7. Please remember that you should take exceptional circumstances into account and allow plenty of time for your journey to the airport.

Return journey

After your return flight, you will be taken to your vehicle by shuttle service so that you can comfortably start your return journey to your destination. To do this, call the parking provider as soon as you are at the collection point (bus terminal 2) so that they can be ready to pick you up on time.

Notes/surcharges:

• The airport fee is included in the parking price.
• You should allow around 30 minutes for parking including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.
• 3 people are included in the booking price. For more than 3 people, a surcharge will be charged for each additional person. If you have not used the options for this in the booking window, you must pay the difference on site.
• The parking provider charges a surcharge for bulky luggage.
• There is a surcharge for oversized vehicles (e.g. vans, transit, T5, traffic). If you have not used the options for this in the booking window, you must pay the difference on site.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will have to pay a surcharge of €10.00, as your late arrival will result in additional staff costs.
• Pets are not included in the transfer.

Our shuttle service is a free customer service that offers a convenient transfer from the parking lot of Parken Flughafen Köln Bonn to the airport terminal. This convenient pick-up and drop-off service is available to both private and business customers. You park your vehicle yourself at the agreed time and are then taken to the airport by shuttle bus. When you return, the shuttle bus will pick you up again at the terminal. Please note our departure intervals of 25 minutes and plan this accordingly into your arrival time at the parking lot.
