I am really pleased with the service I received from P12 which was “meet and greet” at BRU. Both gentlemen who I met at drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. They even helped me with my luggage that I really did not expect but was very kind of them to offer. I received multiple photos after the car was parked in a roofed garage including images from dashboard showing the millage and fuel levels. Staff were pretty responsive over WhatsApp which was a huge bonus for me travelling abroad as I only had data plan hence not able to make regular phone calls, if it had been needed. I will definitely use them again as long as prices remain reasonable for such service.
