Eparkbilbao has a VIP valet parking service which means that a driver will come to pick up and deliver your car at the departures terminal. Below we explain how to use the service:

On the way out of your trip:
Drive directly to the departures terminal of Bilbao Airport. About 15 minutes before your arrival you call the phone number of your driver that we will provide you in your reservation confirmation email. When you arrive the driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point agreed by phone. Show your Parkos reservation on your mobile or tablet and hand over your car keys. Before taking your car to the parking lot, a brief inspection of your vehicle will be made.

When you return from your trip:
On the day of your return, before collecting your luggage, call the same telephone number to confirm that you have landed and they will deliver the car to you at the departures terminal according to the agreed time.
