BIZKAIPARK offers secure, covered parking with free shuttle transfers to Bilbao Airport. No waiting – our shuttle departs immediately after your check-in. You can also request additional services such as interior cleaning, upholstery washing, premium and VIP services, bodywork and quick mechanical repairs on-site. Keys are kept securely in a safe. We accept vehicles up to 5.0 meters long and 2.3 meters wide.

Keys must be handed over to BIZKAIPARK staff. In case of delay, your parking space will be held for 3 hours at no extra cost.

How to get there: On the Lutxana-Asua road (BI-735), if coming from Rontegi, pass the Makro roundabout and take the exit on the right after 10 meters. If coming from Derio, turn left before the Makro roundabout. After 10-15 meters, you’ll see the BIZKAIPARK building on a raised area. Drive up the ramp to the entrance.
Upon arrival: Drive up the ramp, enter the building and park on the right-hand side. Our uniformed staff will greet you, collect your keys for secure storage, and help you load your luggage into the shuttle. You’ll be at the terminal in minutes.
Upon return: Once you land, give us a call. Our shuttle will pick you up at the terminal and bring you back to the parking facility. Your car will be ready, clean, and waiting for you.

La verdad que no puedo poner más estrellas porque a pesar de ser un error humano, creo que el hecho de que la llave de mi coche se la dieran a otro cliente con un coche de la misma marca es un gran error y a pesar de que me pusieron un taxi para ir a mi casa, al día siguiente tuve que cambiar todo lo planeado porque tuve que volver en otro taxi a por mi coche con mi llave de respuesto que tenía en casa. Mi domicilio estaba a una hora de Bilbao, pero a pesar de eso al día siguiente tuve que cambiar mi tarde para ir a por mi coche. La chica no nos trató mal y pagaron los dos taxis que necesitamos pero no entiendo cómo no ponen el nombre o algo en la llave que dejas. Era la primera vez que reservaba este tipo de parking pero no creo que lo vuelva a hacer. Sólo espero que esto haya servido para que no les vuelva a suceder y lleven un control adecuado de llaves y vehículos.
