Shuttle service
With the shuttle service you drive directly to the vehicle acceptance point of the parking provider. From there you will be driven directly to Zurich Airport in just 7 minutes. On the day of your return, you will be picked up there again and driven back to the park area by shuttle bus, so that you can continue your journey home straight away.
The parking garage is securely locked and there is a security service on the premises. If you hand over your vehicle to the Swiss Park & Fly Service employee, a short vehicle check will take place when you take it over. Your vehicle will be checked for possible existing damage so that later misunderstandings can be avoided.
With this provider, you must hand in your car keys when you pick up the vehicle. But you can rest assured that your keys will be safely stored in a safe while you're away.
Swiss Park & Fly Service offers you a safe and paved parking area. There is a vending machine and a toilet on site. So that our little guests can also travel safely in the shuttle bus, Swiss Park & Fly Service offers child seats for the journey free of charge. You can simply book this during the reservation process.
You also have the option of maintaining your car with Swiss Park & Fly Service while you are on your journey: the parking provider offers you an interior and exterior cleaning, as well as a complete package.

Upon arrival, go to the specified address and contact Swiss Park & Fly Service 30 minutes beforehand. The parking provider will be there as scheduled. Follow their instructions for parking, and they'll conduct a quick vehicle check. Your car keys will be securely stored. Then, hop on the complimentary shuttle bus, which swiftly takes you to Zurich Airport's arrival sector.
Upon return, call Swiss Park & Fly Service after getting your luggage. The shuttle bus will be at Arrival 1 Parking Shuttle P17 to take you back to your car. After a brief vehicle check, you'll receive your keys for the journey home.
Remember, you must drop off your keys. The parking provider can only be contacted for bookings and on-site help. If you're delayed, the ride isn't guaranteed, and you might need to arrange your own transport. Waiting up to 10 minutes at the parking lot is free, but beyond that, there's a 20 CHF per hour charge, payable to on-site staff.
If your travel plans change or your flight is canceled, contact Swiss Park & Fly directly and at least one day in advance. Additional parking days cost 15 CHF each. Failing to notify or providing incorrect booking details incurs an 80 CHF fee, converted from Euros at the current exchange rate.
