Sehr freundlich und keine langen Wartezeiten. Auto wurde vom Mitarbeiter in der Tiefgarage geparkt, stand allerdings beim Abholen auf einem Außenstellplatz. So kann man als Kunde nur schwer nachvollziehen, wie lange das Auto tatsächlich auf dem gebuchten TG-Stellplatz gestanden hatte. Insgesamt trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert!

Mauvaise expérience, je ne vais plus utiliser vos services. Le premier contact a été catastrophique, le deuxième mieux mais pas du tout en serein.

Le jour du départ na navette est arrivée avec 3 0 minutes de retard, il n'y avais personne pour nous accueillir sur le parking et l'endroit est très mal indiqué. Le personnel répond peu au téléphone. Au retour nous avons attendu 45 minutes à l'aéroport. Ils voulaient nous faire monter à 11 dans un minibus de 9 place et j'ai du me fâcher (ils prétextaient que la sécurité n'est pas mon problème mais le leur !!!) puis ils ne savaient plus ou était garée notre voiture et enfin ils avaient égarée les clés d'ouverture du parking fermé... Juste une catastrophe
