Please call the parking provider 20 minutes before your arrival. Drive to the address of Parking Zurich Airport given above. You will be met there by the parking provider and after parking, you will be taken to your terminal at Zurich Airport by shuttle bus.

Your car keys will remain with the parking provider while you are away. The journey takes 8-9 minutes, but the entire parking process can take up to 30 minutes. Please arrive at the parking lot on time. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Return journey

On your return journey, call the parking provider after you have collected your luggage. The parking provider's driver will pick you up at the exit of the terminal at the airport and drive back to the parking garage.
