En general estoy muy satisfecha del servicio. Mejoraría 2 aspectos: aclarar más la información en la web y la señalización del acceso al aparcamiento en la terminal. Es la primera vez que voy sola y me volví loca para saber qué entrada tomar, pues hay varias y no sabía cuál correspondía a mí reserva. El punto o puntos de acceso deberían contar con un cartel o pegatina de Parkos, así se identificaría mejor. Una vez dentro, todo fue perfecto. Me gustó mucho que me llegase un mensaje "de mi coche" asegurándome que se lo estaba pasando genial con otros iguales y que estaba bien. Un detalle muy simpático y tranquilizador, que se agradece.
