Service dépôt voiture, shuttle vers aéroport impeccable. Au retour nous avons attendu plus de 20 min. malgré l'appel au moment d'atterrissage. Dur à 23h30 le soir. De plus communication difficile lors de l'appel car la personne parle uniquement italien;
