IPY Parking has approximately 30 outdoor parking spaces. The staff ask you to return your keys for logistical reasons. The car park has a section for incoming cars and a section for outgoing cars. The staff will therefore carry out this short transfer during your absence while making sure that your keys are safe and secure.

Shuttle service
The car park has a shuttle bus with 4 free spaces. It will take you to Toulouse airport in 10 minutes. In addition, the shuttle is available on request. It will be waiting for you in the car park and you won't have to wait! Moreover, the staff is always ready to help you with your luggage.

This car park has introduced a night tax for arrivals and departures between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. in the amount of €10. Please note that this supplement must be paid locally.

IPY Parking is a company that was founded in 2019. Despite this, it offers its customers a warm and welcoming service. The staff takes care of you and your vehicle and offers a free shuttle service that takes you to Toulouse airport in less than 15 minutes. Departure

On the day of your departure, go to IPY Parking at number 1978, Chemin de Lagassine, 31840 Aussonne. You do not need to call to notify your arrival, as the staff will be waiting for you at the time you indicated on your reservation. If you are late, please contact the shuttle at the following number: +33 (0) 7 66 76 13 90 to organize a future transfer . Note that the shuttle has four seats.

Return
When you return from your trip, please call the shuttle as soon as you collect your luggage and you are at the meeting point, not before. They will pick you up as soon as possible and bring you back to the car park. Your keys will be returned to you and you can get back on the road.

If your flight is delayed, please contact the car park as soon as possible so that the staff can organize themselves.

Service globalement satisfaisant mais fortement entaché par le comportement du responsable Je tiens à signaler un problème sérieux concernant l’attitude du responsable. Bien que le service soit correct dans l’ensemble, celui-ci s’est montré très colérique et agressif. Il m’a menacé de m’abandonner sur place et m’a traité de façon humiliante, simplement parce que je n’avais pas répondu immédiatement à son appel. Je me trouvais à ce moment-là avec le service des bagages égarés. Or, le document remis en début de prestation indique clairement qu’il faut l’appeler une fois arrivé au point de rendez-vous au Hall B, et non avant. Il serait vraiment préférable que cette personne suive une formation en relation client ou change de métier.
