muy mala a la hora de realziar cualqueir cambio, si reservas a traves de parkus, aena no te realzia ningun cambio, por lo que no puedes hacer cambios de utima hora. caso que me paso.

Pre booking system didn't work for us twice in a month, barrier doesn't open automatically on licence plate recognition, then you have to go to the car park office to resolve. Staff there were extremely helpful and friendly though. Our issue is with the system advertised online ref smooth, which it isn't. Staff on site very helpful though and car felt safe which is the main positive.
