Additional Information

• The customer must pay the valet driver for any delay exceeding 30 minutes beyond the scheduled vehicle collection or return time. A charge of €10 will apply (payable on site).
• A €10 surcharge applies for services between 4:00 am and 7:00 am, and between 9:00 pm and midnight (payable on site).
• A €10 surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays (payable on site).
• Electric vehicle charging: €60 (payable on site).
• Interior and exterior vehicle cleaning: €60 (payable on site).
• A flat surcharge of €25 applies to estate cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles (such as the Berlingo), any vehicle of a similar size, and vehicles measuring between 4.5 m and 5 m in length (payable on site).
• A flat surcharge of €50 applies to commercial vans (such as the Trafic, Master, Jumpy, pick-up trucks, or equivalent vehicles) (payable on site).
• Customers must pay an additional €40 for each extra day beyond the original booking.
• Please note: Kindly inform us of your arrival at least 20 minutes in advance.

Valet service at Orly airport - From 4:00 until 00:00. The meeting point will be Orly airport drop off . The customer must call 20mn before arriving at the airport . On return the client must call as soon as they receive their luggage.
