Additional Charges

A €10 surcharge applies for arrivals more than 30 minutes late.
A €10 surcharge applies for all pick-ups and drop-offs between 04:00–07:00, 21:00–00:00, and on Sundays and public holidays.
A charge of €50 per additional day applies if your vehicle remains in the car park beyond the booked period.

Vehicle Size Surcharges

€50 surcharge for Trafic, Master, Jumpy, pick-up or similar vehicles measuring over 500 cm in length and/or over 170 cm in height.

Experience Amer. Comme j évoquais avec le jeune homme , courageux mais qui semblait bien seul dans cette aventure. De mon point de vue, si chaque experience utilisateur est aussi délicate que la mienne , votre modèle économique est en peril… Dans mon cas. A l arrivee, le client a un avion ✈️ à prendre … il ne peut pas se permettre d attendre dans une station essence ⛽️ que le voiturier arrive dans 10mîn (renouvelé 3 fois toutes les 10 min après chaque appel….) Pour le retour, moins de contraintes temporaires , mais idem.
