pour une premiere mon sentiment etait nickel à l'aller mais au retour nous avons fait comme indiquer appel apres avoir récupéré les bagages la personnes nous dit qu elle va arrivé, nous avons attendu une heure .
Franchement je ne reviendrais pas du tout. A l'aller je préviens que j'aurais 30 min max de retard et on me repond que si je ne suis pas a l'heure on ne gardera pas ma voiture !!! J'ai du rouler très vite afin d'être a lhzure pour ne pas louper ensuite mon voyage !! Et au retour cest moi qui contacte car rien et quand in a le contacte on nous demande de nous prévenir quand in attend les bagages et on attend plus dune hzure sous la pluie. Je suis extrêmement decue, ce nest pas professionnel du tout !!!!!
