C’était la première fois que nous utilisions ce service. C’est très confortable de pouvoir laisser et récupérer la voiture au dépose minute, avec un réel gain de temps,
Je ne passerai plus par "le petit voiturier". La veille de partir je leur ai téléphoné pour leur signaler que l'on aurait une demi heure d'avance. Personne n'a décroché, j'ai eu le répondeur. Nous avons dû attendre a une station service pour arriver à l'heure prévue. Le retour fût catastrophique. Comme convenu j'ai appelé la société après avoir atterri. Toujours le répondeur et ce à plusieurs reprise. La personne est arrivée avec plus d'une heure de retard et cerise sur le gâteau, il s'était trompé de terminal. La seule excuse qu'il a trouvé, c'est qu'il avait soit disant 3 clients en même temps. Je ne passerai plus par cette société.
Merci aux 2 voituriers qui ont été adorable aussi bien a l'allée qu'au retour...personnes très agréables et très prévenante... horaires respectés à la seconde près...voiture nickel bref super prestation je recommande ... à l'année prochaine sans problèmes
