Important information
At Prime Parking Car you can choose the shuttle bus transfer service to reach the airport or book the even more convenient car valet service with collection and delivery of the car by a driver in charge of parking at the terminal.
Parking with shuttle bus
A free shuttle will take you to the terminal and will pick you up on the way back. This service costs less and you will have to drive to the car park.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed is three. Alternatively, all passengers must be dropped off at the airport before the drivers proceed to the parking facility. In this case, the shuttle service will be reserved exclusively for the drivers to ensure a more efficient and reliable service.
Car valet
By booking the car valet, a driver will meet you directly at the airport to collect your car. It is the most exclusive parking service and costs a little more.
Prime Parking Car from the First Parking brand, is the brand new car park for passengers at Naples airport. It offers uncovered and covered seats, shuttle service and car valet to and from the Capodichino terminal.
Opening hours
The car park is open from 5:00 to 24:00 every day of the year.
Conditions for large vehicles
Prices are for cars. For campers and vans, a surcharge is required. Maximum height for covered parking 9 metres.
You keep the keys
It is possible to book the extra Keep the keys service for a supplement to keep the keys with you when travelling.
Special conditions during peak periods
During periods of high attendance, the car park may need to park cars at another depot 200 meters away from the site with the same characteristics as the main car park.

Rating and reviews
Negativa. Mi dispiace per il fatto che sia associato ad un network nazionale, perche alla fine rimane un parcheggio diurno, non in grado di gestire (se non in grande sofferenza gli orari degli aeroporti).
L'esperienza peggiore di sempre. Auto incastrate una accanto all'altra in un'area sottodimensionata rispetto al volume di vetture accettate. Personale irrispettoso, per niente professionale e per nulla affidabile: al ritorno siamo rimasti in attesa della navetta per un'ora e mezza: l'autista del turno era impegnato a guardare la partita del Napoli, piccato del fatto che dovesse lavorare, ha atteso il secondo volo con gli altri clienti per fare un unico viaggio verso l'aeroporto e non perdere un solo minuto della partita del secolo! Non vi affidate assolutamente a questo partner, nulla da dire sul servizio di Parkos, ma state alla larga da Prime Parking di via Santa Maria del Pianto a Napoli
Al ritorno non ci hanno portati tutti e 7 in navetta, ma hanno portato solo gli autisti a prendere le auto che poi sono dovuti ritornare in aeroporto. Io con due bimbi ho aspettato sotto al sole 15/20 min
Il personale e stato preciso sia all'andata che al ritorno, gentili cordiali e precisi .
È stata lasciata la chiave dell'auto nella macchina per cui al ritiro abbiamo dovuto penare non poco per riuscire a prendere la chiave lasciata sul sedile anteriore.
Auto parcheggiata in un area non sorvegliata dove non è presente nessun addetto all’arrivo contatto chi di competenza alla navetta e si presenta dopo più di un ora e sollecitato a venirci a prendere con decine di telefonate ci hanno lasciati fuori alla rotonda sotto al sole e zanzare per un’ora dopo un viaggio di 11 ore
