At First Parking you can choose the convenient shuttle bus transfer to the airport or book the even more exclusive car valet service with collection and delivery of the car by a driver at the terminal.
Shuttle bus parking
With the most convenient shuttle bus parking, drive to the car park and register. Then a free shuttle bus will take you to the terminal and pick you up on the way back.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed is three. Alternatively, all passengers must be dropped off at the airport before the drivers proceed to the parking facility. In this case, the shuttle service will be reserved exclusively for the drivers to ensure a more efficient and reliable service.
Car valet
When booking your car valet, a driver will meet you directly at the airport to collect your car. This is the most convenient parking service.
Not far from the Naples airport, First Parking offers numerous indoor and outdoor parking spaces about 5 minutes from the terminal with a free shuttle service.

Conditions for large vehicles
Prices are for cars. For campers and vans, a surcharge is required to be paid on site. Maximum height for indoor parking 4 meters.

Buon pomeriggio, vorrei fare un reclamo in merito al servizio da voi svolto Sicuramente il vostro partner di Napoli non è per niente affidabile e di scarsa professionalità: 1) All'andata ci hanno accompagnato con una macchina non logata e piena di problemi, spie luminose accese per varie motori varie ecc. ecc. da mettere ansia e non sicurezza con la paura di restare a piedi e perdere il volo. 2) Al ritorno punto e peggio, mi hanno contattato alle 20.00 l'orario di partenza del volo da Malta chiedendo se eravamo in orario e gli ho risposto che eravamo già in aereo pronti per partire e confermando che saremmo arrivati puntuali alle 21.20. Arrivati a Napoli alle 21.20, ci rechiamo nella rotonda dove ci avevano lasciati, aspettiamo 15 minuti, 30 minuti, 45 minuti e facciamo la prima telefonata, comunico il cognome alla persona che risponde al cellulare e mi dice si sto arrivando, siete alla stazione a piazza Garibaldi ed io gli rispondo che siamo fuori l'aeroporto, ah ok allora 5 minuti e arrivo. Dopo 1 ora e 10 richiamo senza esito, l'autista non mi risponde. Così dopo 1 ora e venti, precisamente alle 22.42 gli mando un messaggio watsapp dicendo che avevo telefonato 2 volte ed ero ancora in attesa. 3) Alle 22.45 si presenta questo fantomatico autista con un furgoncino pieno di loghi tranne il vostro ed inizia ad urlare First First First ed io dico sono qui, aveva il mio numero di cellulare poteva anche telefonare senza fare tutto quel baccano. Saliamo in questo furgone ed aveva 4 telefoni cellulari che squillavano ognuno per una compagnia diversa alle quali raccontava solo frottole, che era tutto bloccato all'aeroporto e che c'era traffico e non era vero. Arrivati al garage per trovare la macchina abbiamo fatto il giro, lui senza sapere quale fosse la mia macchina, tutte con le chiavi dentro, potevo scegliere anche un altra vettura e me ne sarei andato. Trovata la macchina era bloccata in mezzo ad altre macchine, UN INCUBO, MAI PIU' MAI PIU'. Finalmente alle 23.10 si parte per ritornare a casa, abbiamo fatto prima da Malta a Napoli che da Napoli per rientrare a casa a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto

lo staff è stato efficentissimo. La navetta comoda e super puntuale sia in andata che in ritorno.
