Approximately 15 minutes before arrival call the number provided in the confirmation email to let them know that you are almost there. On arrival at the meeting point, your personal driver will be waiting to pick up your car. Before they take it to the parking lot, the driver will check the status of the vehicle which will take no more than 5 minutes. While you continue your journey the driver will take care of parking for you.

On your return, when you have your luggage, call the same number indicated in the confirmation email to let them know that you are ready to pick up your vehicle. Go to the same meeting point where they will be waiting for you with your car. It's that simple!
