We’ve made it simple to secure your spot at Lux-Park through our platform. You can even make a reservation up to 12 hours before your departure. The team at Lux-Park is dedicated to making your arrival easy, often helping with luggage during the handover. If your plans change or you need extra guidance, our customer service team is always ready to help you out.
Accessibility and arrival instructions
Valet parking is an excellent choice for travelers with disabilities or those with reduced mobility, as it eliminates the need for walking long distances or boarding shuttle vans. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please call Lux-Park 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. A valet will meet you at the Kiss&Fly parking lot, which is free to use for the handover. We recommend following the same procedure when you return: give the provider a call after landing, and they will bring your car back to the Kiss&Fly area for a quick and easy departure.

In Jahr 2025 hatte ich den Service schon einmal genutzt und war sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr hat es bei Ankunft am Flughafen vorzüglich geklappt, der Fahrer wartete schon, als wir ankamen. Bei der Rückkehr war dies leider nicht der Fall, wir standen 45 Minuten auf dem Parkplatz und warteten. Da auch noch schlechtes Wetter herrschte, war dies besonders ärgerlich.
