Pas de place avant la prise en charge de la voiture. Obligé de stationner sur un rond point en attendant. Aussi beaucoup de retard dans la navette à l’aller comme au retour.

Parking et hall d accueil en mauvais état ce qui donne une très mauvaise impression à l arrivée. Peu de contact avec l employé. Voiture restituée très salie.

Personnel sympathique, très peu d'attente pour la navette, je recommande.
Seul bémol, mais dû à l'aéroport, l'impossibilité de nous déposer au "dépose minute" ...
