Sehr nette Leute, haben mir geholfen. Leider stand der Wagen nicht in einer Tiefgarage sondern im Freien unter einem Baum und war deswegen sehr verschmutzt

Bei der Abgabe hat alles bestens funktioniert! Bei der Rückreise jedoch - wir sind sehr spät am Münchner Flughafen mit 2 Kindern gelandet - mussten wir fast 40 Minuten auf unser Auto warten! Das war mehr als ärgerlich! Es wurde auf ein softwarefehler „geschoben“…kann passieren, meine 5 Anrufe während der Wartezeit jedoch blieben unbeantwortet. Ich wäre hier von einer proaktiven Art ausgegangen!
