Important Information for Your Parking Reservation

• Night Surcharge: Please note that a night surcharge of €5 applies between 10:00 PM and 5:59 AM.
• Communication & Changes:
  • Please report any delays or holiday extensions to the provider immediately in writing via email (info@psf-muc.de) and by phone.

Shuttle Service Procedure

Arrival:

1. For a smooth process, please arrive at the car park 10-15 minutes before the scheduled shuttle departure.
2. Please allow sufficient time for vehicle reception (may vary by season).
3. A staff member will welcome you, and the shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return:

1. Please call the driver to confirm your pick-up after you have collected your luggage.
2. The driver will wait for you at the same meeting point as your arrival and take you back to your vehicle.

Voucher & Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
