Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Alle Leute mit denen wir Kontakt hatten waren super freundlich. Ich kann nichts beanstanden.
Sehr gut, sie haben geliefert, angerufen und nicht gewartet.
Shuttle war pünktlich und freundlich. Der Parkplatz an sich macht mir keinen guten Eindruck. Alles sehr eng und man darf sein Auto nicht selbst parken. Man muss auch den Schlüssel abgeben für die Zeit. Ist mir eher nicht so recht gewesen. Bei der Abholung war mein Auto in der Werkstatt die sich dort auch befindet gestanden. Alles war zugeparkt. Finde ich chaotisch.
Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern war unterschiedlich. Die Dame am Telefon war genervt . Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und geduldig. Bei der Abfahrt war alles top bei der Abholung die Beschreibung des Abhol' Ortes war ungenau und nicht leicht zu finden. Deshalb Verspätung bei der Abholung.
War alles sehr gut. Sehr zuverlässig.
