Important Information for Parking Reservation

• Additional Costs:
  • A **night surcharge** is applied from 03:30 to 04:30.
  • A surcharge is applied for **more than 4 people** per transfer, for **bulky luggage**, and for **large vehicles** (exceeding 2.20 m in width or 4.50 m in length).
  • A surcharge is also applied for delays of more than 30 minutes.
• Vehicle & Communication:
  • The maximum entrance height is **2.10 m**.
  • Delays and extended vacations must be reported in writing to the provider via email (**info@parken-muc.de**) and by phone.
• Time Planning:
  • Allow 15 minutes for the parking process and transfer. Airlines recommend arriving at check-in 2 hours before departure (3 hours for flights to the USA).

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Drive to the parking lot. A prior call is not necessary; a staff member will pick you up at the entrance.
2. Allow enough time for check-in, as it may vary depending on the season.
3. After you are received by a staff member, you will be driven to the airport by shuttle bus.

Return Journey:

1. On the day of your return, call the driver after you have collected your luggage to confirm that you can be picked up.
2. The driver will wait for you at the same meeting point as on your departure day.
3. Please note that waiting times may vary by season and customer volume, with an average waiting time of 15-30 minutes.
4. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so you can quickly continue your journey home.

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
