Important Information for Your Parking Reservation
- Planning & Costs:
- For a smooth journey, it is recommended to be at airport check-in 2 hours before departure (3 hours for US flights). Please allow an additional 15 minutes for the parking and transfer process.
- A surcharge applies for transfers with more than 4 people.
- Transporting bulky luggage (over 1.50m) is only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact the provider by phone in advance.
- Vehicle & Communication:
- The maximum vehicle height for entry is 2.10 m.
- Any changes to your parking duration (extensions or shortening) must be communicated in writing via email to info@parkprofi-muenchen.de.
Shuttle Parking Procedure
Arrival:
- Please drive to the car park at your booked arrival time. No prior phone call is necessary.
- An employee will meet you at the entrance to assist with the check-in process.
- You will then be driven directly to the airport.
Return:
- After you have collected your luggage, please call the driver immediately to arrange your pick-up.
- The driver will then explain where the meeting point is. Important: Please wait for these instructions before proceeding to an exit.
- The average waiting time is approximately 12 minutes.
- The driver will then take you back to your vehicle.
Voucher & Invoice
- You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
- For an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

We expected to park on arrival, however, we waited for more than 20 minutes and then still had to park, come down and get in the shuttle. Which was about 30 minutes later to arrive at the airport instead of the stated 15 minutes. On departure, we wait ed 1 hour to be picked up at the airport and the driver apologized and gave us one candy each. Although the car park is covered, it is open on the sides and the car was very dirty after 2 weeks. We will look for another place to park next time we fly.

Es hat alles sehr sehr gut geklappt. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen!
Es war alles super, wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Sehr freundlicher Umgang, Kommunikation super, wurden vor dem Reservierungstermin angerufen und entprechend der Empfang geplant, damit es sehr kurze Wartezeiten gab. Parkhaus sehr neu und sicher. Allein die Anfahrt mit Navigation schwierig, funktioniert nur mit Google Maps, da das Parkhaus so neu ist und in den üblichen TomTom Karten nicht aktualisiert ist. Aber alles in einem alles Super 5-Sterne.
