Arrival process worked fine. We were earlier than expected, but that was no problem. The driver team were flexible and we didn't have to wait. On return, due to the fact we are not frequent flyers in Münich airport, the collection point was not clear for us. This resulted in us wandering around and taking more time than usual to find our car. This also meant we had to pay a little bit for airport parking. I would use the service again, but felt that the telephone contacts on both occassions (drop off and collection) could have been a bit friendlier.
Passt alles
Alles in allem ok. Allerdings ein bisschen unflexibel mit der Abgabe des Fahrzeuges. Wenn man zum Flughafen fährt rechnet man immer einen kleinen Zeitpuffer mit ein. Dadurch kann es schon mal zu einer kleinen Zeitabweichung von 10 bis 15 Minuten kommen wo man das Auto abgeben will. Da man das Auto in einem Bereich abgibt an dem nur zehn Minuten kostenlos geparkt werden kann ist das Zeitfenster sehr eng. Wenn dann noch dazu kommt das einem gesagt wird das 10 Minuten vorher leider kein Fahrer zur Verfügung steht finde ich das sehr unflexibel. Dennoch eine sehr gute Alternative zu Parkplätzen an denen man mit dem Bus fahren muss.
Habe Valetparken in München gebucht. Alles super funktioniert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Jederzeit wieder
