The shuttle is free for up to four passengers, from the 5th passenger there is an additional 5,00€ charge.

On your return, call the car park on the number indicated in your confirmation email and reach the meeting point established on the outward journey, take the shuttle and come back to collect your car.

Expérience très décevante. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été peu agréable et peu professionnel. Au retour, lorsque nous avons appelé pour demander la navette, nous avons attendu environ 25 minutes alors que nous n’étions pas en période de forte affluence. Lors de notre appel, nous avons demandé si notre interlocuteur parlait anglais. Il nous a simplement répondu « Non » avant de raccrocher. Heureusement, une autre personne a dû rappeler pour nous aider. À notre arrivée au point de rendez-vous, une seule navette de 8 places a été envoyée alors que notre groupe comptait 11 personnes, ce qui a compliqué davantage la situation. Le premier groupe a attendu 30 minutes et le deuxième 1h. Enfin, le chauffeur s’est montré particulièrement désagréable. Lorsque nous lui avons posé une question en anglais, il nous a répondu : « On ne me paie pas pour parler anglais. » Une réponse totalement inappropriée pour un service situé dans un aéroport international accueillant des voyageurs du monde entier. De plus comme il nous manquait la moitié du groupe nous nous ne pouvions pas quitter le parking avec les véhicules ce qui a bien agacé le personnel qui nous demandait de partir et d'aller attendre ailleurs afin de libérer les places alors que le parking n'était pas rempli et qu'un des chauffeur se trouvais dans le 2ème groupe qui attendait à l'aéroport. Leur demande n'était pas respectueuse et ils s'énervaient avec nous. Nous étions 8 filles devant ses 3 hommes qui nous parlait mal. C'était un moment très compliqué.... Nous sommes très déçus par le manque de professionnalisme, l’attitude du personnel et l’organisation générale du service. Nous ne recommandons pas ce parking.
