Parking with shuttle bus
A shuttle bus available to customers will take you to the terminal (T1 or T2) and will pick you up on the way back.
PAM Malpensa Airport Parking is the historic car park located near terminal 1, with over 2000 uncovered parking spaces and a few covered parking spaces. In a few minutes the PAM shuttle will take you to your terminal and will pick you up on your return. The maximum height for the covered parking is 3m.

For outdoor parking, it is always possible to take your car keys with you on the road. For security reasons, this is not possible by booking indoors, and keys will be required.

Avendo avuto problemi alla batteria sono stati molto veloci e gentili a farmi ripartire
parcheggio comodo perchè molto vicino al terminal 1, ma la crecita di questi anni non corrisponde al mantenimento del livello di servizio, soprattutto all'arrivo, considerando che non è dei più economici. autisti cortesi ma troppo indaffarati.
The check-in was smooth, the service was good and efficient, and I reached the airport within minutes. Unfortunately, the return was a very disappointing experience. After waiting around 25 minutes at the agreed pickup point, I called and was told the driver had been there and we had simply missed him. The lady on the phone insisted on this in a way that made me feel accused of lying. However, three other people waiting with me confirmed the same situation, and two shuttles arrived at the same time. One driver even shouted at us, claiming he had been there and found nobody. This is absolutely not an acceptable way to treat customers. Four people cannot all be mistaken, and clients should never be made to feel that they are lying. The service at check-in was good, but the return experience seriously affected my overall impression.
