*To move between the two terminals, a free shuttle service is available approximately every 15' between 04:00 and 01:30 and every 45' between 01:30 and 03:45. The shuttle stops at Terminal 1 in front of the Sheraton Hotel, ensuring easy access to the airport.

P5 Easy Outdoor is an official ViaMilano Parking facility positioned directly across from Terminal 2 (T2) at Malpensa Airport (MXP). Offering a huge capacity of **3,000 uncovered parking spaces**, it's the fastest option for T2, requiring only a **5-minute walk** to the terminal doors (a distance of 500 meters).

The maximum height allowed for vehicles entering P5 Easy is **2.10 meters**.

Free Shuttle Connection to Terminal 1

A complimentary **shuttle bus service** operates continuously to transfer passengers between the two terminals. The shuttle runs roughly every **15 minutes** between 4:00 AM and 1:30 AM, and every **45 minutes** during the late-night period. The P5 shuttle stop at T2 is conveniently located in front of the Arrivals Hall, Gate 7. At Terminal 1, the shuttle stops in front of the Sheraton Hotel.

Free Disabled Parking and Recommended Lots

• For Terminal 1, use Parking P2 (Level -1).
• For Terminal 2, Parking P5 is the recommended location to activate the complimentary assistance service.

Procedure for Free Parking Exemption

To qualify for the parking exemption, disabled permit holders must go to the **HELP DESK terminal** (touchscreen) and upload the following required documents:

• Parking coupon/ticket.
• Original parking permit for persons with disabilities.
• Photo ID document.
• Valid travel ticket (flight ticket).

The Help Desk terminal at **T2** is located in the Arrivals area. At **T1**, the terminal is on the Arrivals level, near Door 6. In both locations, the terminal is found in the "Parking Help Desk - payments and assistance" area.
