Shuttle Service Procedure

When you arrive, follow the signage to the reception area. The check-in zone is covered, protecting you from rain or sun. After completing the paperwork, you will park your vehicle, keep your keys, and board the shuttle to the departure hall. When you land back at Malpensa, the shuttle will collect you and bring you back to your car.

Vehicle Restrictions:
The covered parking area has a height limit of 3 meters. Please be aware that base rates apply to standard cars; a surcharge applies for minivans, vans, or vehicles with more than 6 seats. Note: For large vans (over 5 meters) or vehicles with more than 6 passengers, the "Keep your keys" option cannot be booked online and is subject to availability on arrival.
