ViParking Madrid offers you one of the best valet parking services at Madrid-Barajas Airport. They will pick you up and return your car at the door of terminals T1, T2, and T4. While you enjoy your trip, they will take care of your car in one of the three subway parking lots. They have more than 400 subway parking spaces in the Madrid-Barajas Airport area. Arrival:
At the departure of your trip drive directly to the departure area of Terminal T1, T2 or T4. About 10 minutes before the arrival time indicated in your reservation one of the drivers will call you to arrange the exact meeting point at the terminal of your departure. When you arrive the driver will be waiting for you, a quick check with photos will be made and then the driver takes your car to the subway garage while you continue your trip in a relaxed way. Return:

Servicio VALET pésimo. Tanto en la salida, como a la llegada. Piden los datos de los vuelos para nada. Llamas tú, en vez de llamar ellos. Nos hicieron desplazar a T2, cuando llegábamos a T1 y el conductor nos esperó en T1 hasta que le dió por llamar..... además de tardas más de 35 min, malos modales. Ni una disculpa. Falta de organización y profesionalidad. Los consumidores estamos indefensos.

Lamentamos sinceramente saber que el servicio de aparcacoches (Valet) no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas y que sufriera esa falta de puntualidad y mala organización con las terminales. Como plataforma de reservas, consideramos inaceptable que se soliciten los datos de los vuelos y luego no se utilicen correctamente, así como los malos modales por parte del personal. Nos tomamos muy en serio su queja y nos pondremos en contacto de inmediato con la dirección del parking para exigir una revisión de su profesionalidad y puntualidad.
