Este año nada que ver con el año pasado. Llegábamos algo más tarde de lo previsto y el contacto en vez de dar soluciones, que el problema era nuestro y que ya contactarían cuando hubiese un conductor libre. Y al volver, llamamos al recoger las maletas y nos llama que estaba en la puerta y que no estábamos y que no esperaba y estábamos subiendo las escaleras mecánicas a la puerta 6 donde habíamos quedado, al final nos tuvo 15 mn esperando a que volviese. No me gustó la actitud y las formas.

Buenos días, claro si es que llegasteis dando problemas desde el día uno, desde luego no podemos poner en riesgo la puntualidad con las personas que hacen las cosas bien porque vosotros os quedáis haciendo pausa en carretera. A la vuelta ya habíamos advertido a los conductores de que ibais a dar problemas y adi fue. Desde luego un servicio puntual y bien coordinado no es apto para cualquiera.Experiencia buena, bien trato y coche limpio ,repetiremos.
La atención por parte del personal fue excelente, muy atentos tanto a la salida como a la llegada. Estoy muy contenta con el servicio y volveré a usar esta empresa sin dudar. Gracias.
