OJO CON ESTA PANDA! Al llamar media hora antes como se indicaba en las instrucciones, me indican que tengo que dejar el coche en la T2 cuando había contratado el valet para la T1 . Les digo que voy con niños y varias maletas y que para nosotros es un engorro hacerlo y dicen que ok. Al llegar a la terminal, no cogieron ninguna de las 18 llamadas que hice para contactar con ellos y darles el coche y me tuve que buscar la vida a 2h de salir nuestro avión. UNA VERGÜENZA!, NO SE OS OCURRA CONTRATARLES!
En la entrega de vuelta del vehículo tardaron más de 1 hora en llegar con el coche. Llamamos al llegar al aeropuerto como nos indicaron y nos dijeron que llegaban en 20 minutos, pero tras varias llamadas y excusas como que había un atasco que no aparecía en GoogleMaps, llegaron tras más de una hora. El coche llego muy sucio y el servicio de recogida tiene mucho que mejorar.
La peor experiencia de mi vida . Nadie respondió al teléfono cuando volvimos, esperamos más de 4 otras (juntos con otros afectados) y ni siquiera nos llevaron al coche y tuvimos que ir al depósito/parking nosotros mismos a recogerlo.
El día de antes me despertaron llamándome a las 12:30 de la noche Comentándome que mi coche estaba listo. Un susto innecesario que además justificaban luego con excusas de que debía haber hecho la reserva directamente en su web. Profunda desconfianza, ante tanta desorganización y falta de saber hacer. Al ir a recogerlo me preguntaron si lo había abonado. Otra muestra más de descontrol
Muy recomendable. Trato amable y serio. Muy puntuales. Volveremos a repetir en el próximo viaje.
