Un desastre. Experiencia pésima. Llegamos al aeropuerto a las 10:15 y nos dieron el coche a las 13h. Con niños esperando más de dos horas en la calle. Trabajadores de otras empresas de entrega de coches entregando coches continuamente y nosotros nada. Un desastre. No lo utilizaremos nunca más. Horrible. Tardo más la entrega de coches que el avión en hacer cientos de km.
Fue un desastre , dos horas para entregarnos el coche ,dejaron de responder al teléfono
Todo fenomenal. El personal muy amable y competente.
Horrible experiencia. Me tuvieron más de una hora esperando para entregarme el coche, con una excusa diferente cada vez y con un trato que deja mucho que desear. Mal servicio, maleducados, y gente a quien no aconsejo a nadie que deje su coche en sus manos
A la ida esperamos más de 1h a que recogieran el coche y a punto de perder el vuelo . A la vuelta hemos esperado más de 45 minutos a que nos lo trajeran a las 12 de la noche cuando no había apenas gente. Me querían cobrar adicional a la hora de entregarlo cuando me habían dicho otra cantidad inferior. Agobiante y poco claro todo
