Car park with valet service To park with Parking Azul, go directly to the T1, T2 or T4 departure terminal at the airport. Call 30 minutes in advance to the number provided in your booking confirmation email. Then go to the meeting point indicated by the Parking Azul employee. There, a valet will collect your car and park it while you go straight to the airport. On your return, call the same number when you have your luggage and you will be picked up at the designated meeting point.
Important: Parking Azul is located in Madrid's Low Emission Zone: If you wish to park your vehicle there, it must comply with the relevant regulations. Otherwise, Parking Azul will not be responsible for any fines imposed on the vehicle during the journey to the car park or during the parking period.

Mi vehículo lo entregaron sin batería, no sabemos si quedaría alguna luz abierta o cual es el motivo, pero consiguieron arrancarlo y al entregármelo y volverlo a arrancar ya yo misma ya no pudo, estaba totalmente muerta, con lo cual tuve que llamar a la grúa en plena t2, eso no es el problema... el problema fue al comunicarlo, podían haber sido algo más amables, no me creo que no tuvieran unas pinzas para intentar arrancar mi coche y salir de ahí, intentando haciéndome ver que no era la batería cuando claramente sí lo era, y no haberme mentido ya que para no reconocerlo me dijeron que lo habían llevado a limpiar cosa que eso no es así, mi coche está exactamente igual que lo entregué con el mismo polvo y marcas.
Muy buen servicio. Máxima puntualidad. Tanto en la entrega como en la recogida estaba el conductor esperándonos
Sin lugar, a dudas, todo el servido ha sido de 10!
Excelente la atención, tanto de Luis como de Miguel en contacto permanente al dejarlo y al recogerlo. Aunque estuve muy tranquilo y seguro, como sugerencia que manden una foto del coche cuando está en el aparcamiento.
