The car park is only 12 minutes away from Madrid-Barajas Airport, but the provider will pick up your vehicle directly at the airportterminal and then park it for you in the secure parking area. After your return, your vehicle will be waiting for you at the terminal. With the valet service you save yourself the detour to the parking lot and you can travel comfortably and without stress.The parking provider has surveillance cameras, your key will be kept in a safe during your trip and security personnel are also present around the clock at the parking area.

Valet-Service

If you choose for Parking10, then you will drive directly to the airport, departure terminal on the day of your journey. Important: Please enter your flight number so that we know at which terminalthe parking should pick you up. A uniformed driver will be waiting for you at the terminal. The driver will be waiting for you at the time you have booked. If you arrive delayed, please inform Parking10. The phone number is given in the reservation confirmation. Please note that a key handover is always required for the valet service. Your keys will be kept in a safe until you return.

Parking10 Madrid has video surveillance cameras and security guards. The area is completely fenced and secured by an entrance gate.

In addition, your vehicle keys are kept in a safe while you are traveling and your car is insured for the valet drive.

Vehicle inspection
While the vehicle is handed over, an inspection of the vehicle is carried out (inside and outside) and a handover protocol is filled out. You will receive a signed copy of the handover protocol.
