Important information
"You fly and we park" is the motto of Parking Plus Madrid-Barajas. With the valet service, you only have to drive to the departures terminal. About 20 minutes before arriving at the departures terminal, call the number that you will receive in the confirmation email to let them know of your arrival and arrange the pick-up terminal. Upon arrival one of the drivers will be waiting for you, together you will check the vehicle and take photos. They will then take you to the car park while you enjoy your journey. When you return from your trip, call the same number when you have your luggage to let them know you are ready to pick up your car. When you leave the terminal, one of their drivers will be waiting for you to pick up your car. Service hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Additional charges: Outside these hours: 10€ extra. Arrivals between 00:30 and 3:30 am: 10€ night supplement. Delays of more than 3 hours from the scheduled time: 10€ supplement.

As they only offer a valet service, you will not have to pass through the car park at any time during your trip. For this reason there are no additional facilities.

Recepción del coche muy buena, la retirada del coche llevó más de 30 minutos.
Todo correcto, al entregarme el coche y aunque no había contratado parking cubierto , estaba totalmente lleno de barro….creo que eso lo tenían que mejorar y dejarlo en campas asfaltadas.
Por lo general muy bien,pero contrate el servicio de limpieza,y gue pésimo. Hicieron lo basico por encima,me encontre por los railes de los asientos restos de gusanitos ( que ya tenia) ,debajo de las alfombrillas tambien ( porque no las levantaron). Un cristal estaba lleno de manchones ( que ya los llevaba yo de antes) ,no limpiaron bien los sillones.... En fin,muy basico y regular.
