Aparca y Vuela Subterráneo offers high-security indoor parking with a free shuttle service to Terminals 1 and 2. It is the perfect balance of affordability and convenience for long-term travelers.

Shuttle Service & Terminals Free transfers are provided to T1 (7-8 min) and T2 (8-9 min). For T4, take the shuttle to T1 and use the airport's free green inter-terminal bus (5-10 min frequency). Departures (Parking to Terminal): Scheduled at 05:45, 06:30, 07:15, 08:00, 08:45, 09:30, and every hour on the hour from 10:00 onwards. Returns (Terminal to Parking): Available 06:00 to 00:00. Call the provided number upon arrival. Wait times are max 20 min (until 22:00) or 30 min (22:00–00:00).

Important Times The parking lot is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Note: There are no shuttle transfers available between 00:00 and 06:00. If your flight arrives during these hours, you must access the parking by your own means.

Vehicle & Passenger Rules Maximum vehicle length is 5 meters. The booking includes transfers for up to 4 passengers (extra passengers should be dropped at the terminal first). Each traveler is allowed 1 hand bag + 1 suitcase (up to 23kg). Additional bags cost €3 each. Bulky items (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.) are not permitted on the shuttle.

Environmental label: Vehicles need an environmental label B, C, ECO, or 0 to be able to circulate in Madrid's low-emission zone and access the parking facility.

Key Deposit: This is a "Keep your keys" service. You must park the vehicle yourself and take your keys with you.

Located in the basement of Hotel Compostela Suites (C/ Laguardia, 3), this service provides scheduled shuttles to Terminals 1 and 2. We have a waiting area next to the hotel reception and the shuttle stop. The entire process is digital, eliminating the use of paper: you only need your mobile phone with the QR code or the confirmation email.

Primeira e ultima vez que utilizei os vossos serviços. Na chegada, quando estava a recolher as malas e como estava próximo da hora de fecho do serviço de recolha, telefonei para o motorista. Eram 23h40 e como demorava 20/30 minutos a fazer a viagem expliquei que estava a recolher a bagagem e se nos podia vir buscar visto estar a aproximar se a hora de fecho do serviço. Indiquei que iria sair pela porta 14. O motorista respondeu me que me viria buscar mas que recolhesse a bagagem e quando chegasse à porta 14 voltasse a ligar e ele viria fazer a recolha Fiz a recolha da bagagem e quando cheguei às porta 12 (a 14 estava encerrada e são próximas) liguei para solicitar a recolha, eram 00h03m. Respondeu me um outro funcionário dizendo que não podia fazer a recolha visto que já passava das 00h00 e o motorista já tinha ido embora. Estavam 2 carrinhas do parque à espera dos clientes para transportar ao que perguntei se uma delas nos podia levar mesmo assim. Resposta foi não porque eram do parque descoberto. Não tive outra alternativa senão chamar um uber e fazer a viagem às minhas custas.

Muy fácil y práctico, tanto en la llegada como en la salida. Mi vuelo era por la T4, y nos llevaron hasta la T2 al lugar donde abordamos el autobús, totalmente gratis hasta nuestra terminal. Mi coche estuvo 6 dias en el parking y todo estupendamente.

Todo muy bien, cuando hay un poco de acumulación sería genial si hubiese otro transporte, duplicado para cuando hay más volumen de viajeros. Pero todo muy bien.
