Jet Parking is a long-stay parking solution at Madrid-Barajas Airport that allows customers to hand over their vehicle directly at the departure terminal. Approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport, the customer must contact the Jet Parking team to receive the latest instructions regarding the meeting point. A verified driver will collect the vehicle and carry out a certified photographic inspection before transferring it to the parking facilities.

The company offers both covered spaces in an underground parking area and outdoor parking spaces, both located about 6 to 7 kilometers from the airport. Throughout the entire stay, the vehicle remains under a digital control system that records and monitors every movement. Upon return, the customer can request the vehicle delivery by phone, WhatsApp, or via the mobile app, typically receiving it within 20 minutes at the same terminal where it was handed over.

What sets Jet Parking apart is its comprehensive traceability system. From vehicle reception to return, the entire process is digitally documented through certified photos, GPS positioning, time-stamped records, and tracking of authorized drivers.M

Jet Parking offers a professional valet parking service at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, designed to provide travelers with maximum comfort and peace of mind. With both covered and open-air facilities located just a few minutes from the terminals, Jet Parking combines technology, security, and personalized service to ensure an efficient and reliable parking experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.

Jet Parking has 100 parking spaces divided into 50 covered spaces and 50 outdoor spaces. The facilities are built on asphalted, concrete, and compacted gravel surfaces, ensuring stable parking conditions suitable for all permitted passenger vehicles.

Additional services include the availability of electric vehicle charging points in the covered area. Customers can also manage certain aspects of their booking via the Jet Parking mobile app and receive support through phone or WhatsApp.

For operational reasons, the covered parking area accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2.10 meters and a maximum length of 5 meters. Vans, motorhomes, and oversized vehicles are not accepted.
