How does the shuttle service work?

Drive directly to the Go Barajas car park on your travel day. Park your car in the assigned space, and a team member will take you straight to your departure terminal in the free shuttle bus. When you return to Madrid, call the number in your confirmation email once you have your luggage, and the shuttle will collect you and take you back to your car.

How does the valet parking service work?

With the valet service, drive directly to the departures terminal (T1, T2, or T4). Call the provided number around 20 minutes before you arrive. A Go Barajas driver will meet you at the terminal, check your booking, and inspect the car before driving it to the secure car park. When you return, call the same number after collecting your luggage, and your car will be delivered back to the terminal you prefer.
