Main Description: Parking Naranja Subterráneo is a long-stay parking garage located beneath the Hotel Compostela Suites in the airport area, just 7-9 minutes from Madrid-Barajas Airport. Park yourself in the garage and travel by free shuttle to your terminal. Please bring your keys; they cannot be left at the garage. It's the most economical option without sacrificing convenience or security. Your car remains in a fenced area with 24/7 surveillance, security cameras, and access control. The entire process is 100% digital: you only need your mobile phone with your confirmation email and/or the QR code from your booking. Important Information: Subterráneo Standard Orange Parking offers a free shuttle service (minibus) to Terminals T1 and T2 of Madrid-Barajas Airport. If your flight departs from Terminal T4, you can take the free shuttle to T1 and from there use the airport shuttle bus that connects T1-T4 every 5-10 minutes. Hours: • Parking: Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • Shuttle (parking → terminal): Scheduled departures at 5:45, 6:30, 7:15, 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, and every hour on the hour from 10:00. Shuttles have a capacity of 8 passengers and will depart earlier if they are full, starting at 5:45 and continuing as often as necessary. Shuttles will also depart earlier if we need to pick up passengers at the terminal to take them to the parking lot. • Shuttle (terminal → parking): Available from 6:00 to 22:00 with a maximum frequency of 20 minutes, and from 22:00 to 00:00 with a maximum frequency of 30 minutes. Call the number provided in your reservation and we will pick you up. • No transfers between midnight and 6:00 AM. The parking lot is open 24/7. Return Pickup Waiting Times • 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM → maximum waiting time: 20 minutes. • 10:00 PM to midnight → maximum waiting time: 30 minutes. Transfer Times • To Terminal T1: 7-8 minutes. • To Terminal T2: 8-9 minutes. Note: The minibus may make additional stops or be affected by traffic jams during peak hours or police checkpoints, which could slightly extend the arrival time at the terminal. Vehicle • Vehicles longer than 5 meters are not permitted. Passengers and Luggage • The booking includes transfers for up to 4 passengers per vehicle. If there are more than 4 people, it is recommended to drop off the extra passengers directly at the airport before going to the parking lot. • Each passenger can bring 1 carry-on bag + 1 suitcase up to 23 kg. • Additional suitcase or bag: €3 per item (to be booked directly at the parking facility). • Bulky items are not permitted: surfboards, golf clubs, or any item whose combined dimensions exceed 1.60 m. Booking • It is not possible to extend your booking once the car is in the parking facility. In exceptional cases, a fee of €16/day will apply. • You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your arrival time at no extra cost. Flight Flexibility • If your flight is delayed by up to 2 hours from the latest reserved time, there is no additional charge. • If you return earlier than planned, the full amount of your stay will be charged (the difference is refundable if you booked through parkingnaranja.com). Environmental label: Vehicles need an environmental label B, C, ECO, or 0 to drive in Madrid's low-emission zone and access the parking garage. "Take your keys" service.
